Food is good,real good,but taste your cimmon sticks bf you leave,I almost 🤢,but i told them and they threw it away and gv fresh ones,my appetite pick itself up after an hour!🤣 if my kids only like cheese and sour cream,our orders would not be so complicated; picky kids;angry employees!😬🧐 😘

Worker was very rude. No smile. Not hello, thank you, come again. She shouldn't have went to work with that type of attitude. Its like she just handed the drinks and food. Didn't put no sauce or napkins in the bag. Had to park and get down to get sauce. Again she was rude and just pointing like she mute even though I informed her there was not any Hot sauce packet in the lobby. Very unprofessiol rolling her eyes. She does not need to be working in customer service.

Ordered online. Took me 5 mintues to get to the location. Was at the speaker for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order, had to call out. Reached the window, waited another 5 minutes. A guy then comes up and tells me to PULL AROUND to the front of the store because they haven't gotten to my order yet. I ask him, it hasn't been gotten to? It was ordered online. He says "yea we've got other orders". Abysmal. They kept the front foor locked so I couldn't go in and wait for my food. I haven't had service this bad in a long time. Management needs to step up.
40 Minutes! And on top of that he got the order wrong.

So I went in to order a cheesy bean and rice burrito I had cash you can't pay using your card when a person has cash so technically you have to pay at a cash register the Taco Bell member proceeds to argue with me about taking my money and my order what to do when they argung with you about just paying with cash at a cash register what is this world's coming to

When a customer asks for no lettuce and no ice it's wise to abide by that. Also, the chalupa shell was SUPER stale. The bar was already set low but geez.

Didn't get the order correct. Forgot multiple items. No sour cream on the taco supreme. No sour cream on the Mexican pizza. No fire sauce and the drink tasted like carbonated water. It wasn't a very happy experience.
