i ordered through doordash and my grilled cheese burrito had no cheese and no grill and they didn’t add my sauces and didn’t even give me my drink from my grilled cheese burrito combo. my doritos locos tacos didn’t have a cardboard holder as normal either. my fiesta potato’s didn’t come with a fork and they were half burn.

Seriously how do you work at Taco Bell and too lazy to make a taco. Asked for no lettuce no tomato’s a plain taco. The simplest thing to make. What do I get. I taco that you can clearly tell has been picked apart shell coming apart with lettuce and tomato’s clearly still on it. If I say something about it all of a sudden I’m wrong ? Cause yall are to lazy to make a taco correctly. Just in there throwing stuff together

I ordered online went to pick my food up as I was leaving I asked to make sure they got my food right and they didn’t. I ordered $5 box with a Dorito loco taco and paid a extra 1.20 plus tax and they gave me the original taco that comes with the $5 box then I customized it and put no beans on my beefy 5 layer and they still put beans. And I got cinnamon twist instead of the chips and cheese I ordered. YALL NEED TO DO BETTER!!!😡

I ordered through drive thru. I arrived and waited for the automated voice to waste it's energy suggestive selling me. The order taker was quickly on the mic. I was attempting a very simple order, one bean burrito with extra onions and one taco.
You may need to replace your speaker, are the order taker. To order the bean burrito with extra onions I had to correct your four times. The first time she tried adding on a burrito supreme. I corrected her and she tried adding on a beef burrito. Then I corrected her again and she did a burrito at beef. And finally after I'm getting quite frustrated with this simple order she finally got it right in order for me of being burrito extra onions.

We got a pretty big order but if you don’t want to take the order then don’t take the money. When we pulled up to get our order that had 4 drinks the girl in the window overfilled and got sticky stuff all over the outside of the drinks, and had no cup holder. When we get our food I check and there are 4 items missing, so I go inside and tell them politely what I’m missing. The guy up front takes my bag from me, proceeds to take everything out, and puts the items they missed THE FIRST TIME in the bag. I leave thinking it’s fine and when I get home I see 2 of the food items that were previously in my bag are now not there, meaning he took them out and never putting them back in. WORST TACO BELL IN LAFAYETTE!
