Voleo's is located at a temporary location at Jules Nunez Lafitte Fisheries Market due to the other location being totaled by Ida. Google maps sends visitors a bit past the pavilion, so pay attention.I started with the Creole gumbo. I've just been to there older location, from before Ida. Uniquely brilliant experience, the feeling of arriving at a party of friends. The food takes time, the setting develops slowly through the entire evening. It's very good.

We stopped here for lunch during our bayou vacation and the food was FANTASTIC. When we visited, they were operating out of the Nunez Pavilion temporarily while recovering from Hurricane Ida. The food was stellar and the patio seating right on the bayou was beautiful. We hope you guys are back in your regular location soon and hope to visit you there when we return to the bayou...we will definitely be back!
