We walked in...the restaurant was empty and about 3 or 4 employees up front drinking ..eating laughing and talking...no one stop their Party to Greet us..SO WE turned around and left...

When I realized there was an Arby's in Lake Charles, I was overjoyed. We took a trip there today and it was fast food service incomparable. The place was immaculate, service quick, and the manager and assistant manager asked if I'd been served already. I had been. I was thoroughly satisfied with all even quality of food for cost spent. I would recommend to anybody. Don't forget to ring the bell on the way out! Delish?

Ms Tee at this location is a perfect example of customer service. This industry has lost that experience but she is keeping it alive. If she is not a team leader she needs to get that promotion and be the example to others. Positive attitude and very enthusiastic. Speaks clearly and a wonderful smile.
This is the slowest fast food place! Went through drive thru and had to pull up to front to wait. Everyone else behind me was getting their food! I gave this place too many chances!

Employees are overworked and tired and also rude. Ask a question get ignored. Tell them thank you get ignored. Second trip to this location. Both times had to wait 5+ minutes before being acknowledged or giving order
