I order food from arby's through Uber Eats. I even pay for the priority delivery. And when I got my food. It like it has been sitting up for hours instead of them dropping me Fresh food for my delivery. I have tried calling the restaurant several times and no one is answering. Instead they took the phone off the hook , sandwich was so old and cold that the cheese did not melt

I've always liked the roast beef n cheddar sandwich but not this time..... They must have changed the brand of cheddar cheese sauce or something. The cheese sauce ruined it. It was yucky!

Went in just before closing but was assured it was fine. The assistant general manager was super nice and helpful to us. She made great suggestions on what to eat. Good food great people !!! She even gave us their new cookie deserts for free to try. (Delicious btw). Great experience and we will be back.
Mobile ordered pick up . When I got there they didn't have what I ordered. Was out. But instead of calling me, which they had the number they waited till I got there. Then said my order was free cause they where out of our sandwich. But 2 days later it came out of my bank account. So for 1 it was not free.
