Worst experience I’ve ever had. Ordered food @11pm still was waiting on food @12:46pm which is insane‼️ Never again!

More than once forgotten to clock in my order, so i arrived at pickup now twice and they said they are packing it in the bag, and then solidly have not made it

Very much suck, just be honest, and not make me wait and hour

Me and my party of three had the absolute worst service at Buffalo Wild Wings on Nelson. After being seated, we waited quite a bit to get drink orders which at the time, our server told us she had 7 tables and to be patient with her and that food was taking about 30 mins. We understood since it was right after the parade and expected to wait the 30 mins. Over an hour and a half passed with no checking of our drinks or anything, when my friend asked the manager to please check our order and get us refills on our drinks. Another 20 mins passed by, the manager never came back but out server stopped by and got refills of our totally empty drinks. Our food was finally brought to the table and the celery looked like a toddler had chopped it with the leaves still attached. Sent that back. We ate quickly as we had now been sitting here for 2 hours and wanted to leave. We asked about our to-go order that we placed when we ordered the rest of the food. It wasn’t ordered so we had to wait another 20 mins to receive that. The manager was never seen again and didn’t even follow up and apologize for the lack of service. He needs to go through training again as his interaction could have helped the situation but instead just made it worse. He also said that he knew the service sucked but never apologized for it. Lol. Just run from here.

-Was told my to-go order was going to be 25 minutes, ended up being an hour and 30 min wait.
-Got 30 wings with 4 different sauces and got 2/4 of the correct...
-On top of my order being completely inaccurate there was little to no sauce on any of them (Didnt order dry rub)
Disappointing to say the lease.

My server tonight was by far the best server I have had in a long time. Her name was Katie and she had such a wonderful personality and was very easy to talk to and extremely attentive. My food came out cold and she immediately made sure it was fixed with fresh hot food within minutes and not once did a smile leave her face. In such a high stress environment it can be hard to maintain positivity but she is the embodiment of what a good waitress should be! She deserves recognition for the hard work and good job that she does. Katie was helpful in every way and made sure that we had everything we needed to have a good dinner this evening. I am truly appreciative of her and will definitely be back to this location because of her! Thank you Katie!

Ok, finally a redemption story for our local Buffalo Wild Wings. Sat at the bar this afternoon on a Tuesday and was greeted by a super friendly, very attentive bartender named Liz. She stayed cleaning and busy and went above and beyond to make sure food was not just sitting out back getting cold. A+ for Liz for keeping the main thing the main thing. Good, friendly customer service, clean atmosphere and fresh food.
