Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The waitress and hostess were personable and answered our many questions. The food was impeccable and the ambiance was nice and comfortable. We tried the shrimp trio, crab corn soup, filet and salmon and shrimp. Everything was delicious. The lava cake was rich and gooey and the cheesecake was light and fluffy. The mojito flight was definitely the star of the show. Thank you for making my birthday special!!

We've been coming to the chart house for years and have always had a lovely experience. The food quality was not good at all. The quality was like going to a low end chain restaurant. We are devastated because this was one of our favorite restaurants.

Me and my boyfriend came for dinner service and it was incredible. A simple little birthday dinner but was made so special by our server Isaiah. Impeccable service throughout the meal. Timing for everything was on point, never had to wait for anything. Ask for him when you come and he will treat you like royalty! Incredibly kind and very good at his job. I had such a great experience on the golf course @ the Golden Nugget & the Chart House in Lake Charles! From the moment I walked in, Shayla made me feel so welcome with her warm greeting and friendly personality. Austin, the bartender, was amazing; extremely attentive, professional, and made sure everything was perfect. Lenny, was so sweet while serving my food and even took the time to compliment me, which truly made my day.
The service from the entire team was exceptional, and they created such a welcoming atmosphere. Good food, good drinks, relaxing views, nice coarse, and outstanding customer service. I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Firstly the atmosphere was delightful. It felt dignified but not too uptight. Secondly the service was amazing from start to end. Our server Lenny was very attentive and a joy to talk to. They never forgot to check up on us. My group calls dibs on them every time. The steak was cooked fantastically and I'm not reluctant to say it's the best I've had in the casino. Overall a great experience.
