Ordered food through Door dash and didn’t receive any utensils or condiments Two days in a Row!! Called Door dash and they apologized but again the Driver isn’t allowed to OPEN my order or any orders which falls on the Chick Fil A employees for not completing the orders correctly I called in Spoke to Manager in charge Named Taylor and all she did was blame it on Door dash which is unacceptable cause they are the ones that bag up the orders yet BLAME door dash for wrong orders.. not acceptable!!!

A very lively place, they just skimp on the portions. The service is on par with CFA - just please.... When I order a large fries and a manly salad, don't give me a less than half the glorious fries and a "light" salad.

Probably the worst Chick-fil-A experience I've had in the country (excluding airports).
Breakfast was warm but not hot. No real complaints there. No ketchup, pepper, salt, etc available for customers to pick up themselves.
The real problem was the service. We ordered 3 breakfast meals and 2 entrees. Food came out with no hash browns. My dad went back to get the hash browns but missed that id ordered a meal and an entree, he thought it was just 4 meals and 1 entre. So when he went up, he asked for the hash browns for the 4 meals and they gave him 4. He realized it when looking at the receipt and mentioned it to the girl, but she didn't take back the 4th hashbrown. She asked him to come back up and pay the difference. We began to eat and not 5min later the manager walks up and asks us to go back up and pay for the hash browns...they are $1.65. We waived her away as she was interrupting our meal and did not appreciate being asked a second time after already telling her we would. After finishing, my wife and I cleared our table while my dad prepared to give them $2 cash and to keep the change. As my wife and I walked out I caught the manager watching us like a hawk. Dad paid the difference and we left.
Bathrooms were filthy and seat backs need to be cleaned. Chick-fil-A needs to do a site visit because their cleaning standards aren't being kept and the staff was treating us like we would dine and dash on a $1.65. Y'all need help.
