“My server tonight was by far the best server I have had in a long time. Her name was Katie and she had such a wonderful personality and was very easy to talk to and extremely attentive. My food came out cold and she immediately made sure it was fixed with fresh hot food within minutes and not once did a smile leave her face. In such a high stress environment it can be hard to maintain positivity but she is the embodiment of what a good waitress should be! She deserves recognition for the hard work and good job that she does. Katie was helpful in every way and made sure that we had everything we needed to have a good dinner this evening. I am truly appreciative of her and will definitely be back to this location because of her! Thank you Katie!“

“Saturday evening we went to Ob's for an early mother's day supper. It was 4 adults and two children. We ordered their snow crab and shrimp combo, which also came with 2lbs of crawfish free. We also ordered pickles and peppers, a chicken basket, and classic cheeseburger.My kids loved the chicken basket and the cheeseburger.Our platters of shrimp and crab were AMAZING.My sister ordered the ultimate platter and she said everything was so good, I tried her mushrooms and they were great.The beer was cold the rum punch was strong.The food was AMAZING. Just enough seasoning to make your lips tingle.The service was great too.“
“It’s clean, the owners are great, and the food is fantastic. I’ve never had a bad thing here. And their burgers are the best traditional burgers in the Lake Charles area…and the fried okra is off the charts. All their ingredients are fresh and pride of ownership clearly shows itself in this family run business. It’s a hidden gem!“
