Papa John's Pizza offers Calzone Papa Bites that were amazing on the first try, but had issues with grease and consistency in later orders. The pickup customer service has been criticized for poor attitude and incorrect orders. A medium pepperoni pizza was criticized for having too much cheese, causing nausea. Despite some negative experiences, there is an expectation for good food and improved service.
