“My wife and I went to Popeyes on Lake Street at about 5:15 p.m., they had no customers in the lobby and 3 employees hanging around the front counter. We were not recognized at all! We waited for about 45 seconds and eye contact was finally made and still not greeted. One of the girls finally asked if they could take our order, I started to tell her that I wanted to order a 16 piece family meal and she literally walked away and didn't say a word! We immediately left and decided to go try Golden Chick. When we arrived we were immediately greeted by a polite young lady and a young man named Jacob. We found out that it was the young ladies first day and Jacob was training her, he explained everything on the menu to us that we asked about all while training her. I can't say enough about this young man. And his attention to the customers, we were very pleased with our experience in the food was fantastic. Definitely will be back and never going to Popeyes on lake street again..“

“I walked in ordered my food and was rushed by a waiter and seated immediately, service is amazing with little to no wait. The experience was especially memorable due to a manager on site named Dominique Beitle, such an amazing person with a great personality and awesome customer service skill. “It's in a high traffic area but they only use one lane. The waste time for lunch are very long and coming in and leaving are a headache. It's good for a quick bite to eat but the change to a voice recognition software for orders leaves much to be desired.“

“I came here for lunch today and had the best experience I can ever remember having at a fast food restaurant. Ms. Nikki was an absolute ray of sunshine and has the most kind and friendly attitude, she helped me decide what to order and was very pleasant to talk to. It's such a breath of fresh air being treated as not just a welcomed customer but a welcomed person in general! The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious. I will definitely be back as often as I'm in the area!“

“I absolutely can't stand leaving bad reviews but I have to this time. First the service was insanely ridiculous. I watched them give food to the wrong people and then made the other people who it belonged to wait around 15 to 20 minutes and finally they requested a refund instead of continuing to wait since they were not in a hurry trying to fix their problem. The manager Lacey is an absolute joke and in my opinion the reason the place is going downhill. There is only one guy in there that I have come across that is so respectful and courteous every time but unfortunately I never asked his name bc he is always busy cooking. Come on do better y'all!“

“We ordered a big buford, 2 drinks, 2 fries for us, and a small cheeseburger for the dogs. The employees were friendly, smiling, and delivered our order to us in what I think is a pretty good time. This drive-thru experience was a great start to a long drive.“

“I went for early Sunday dinner this evening and both ladies were still working on my online order doing a great job! My order (6 subs) were done perfect and correctly. It was really nice to walk in, the place was very clean and stocked. BONUS - I saved $7.82 in deals and didn't realize till I got home and looked at the receipt! ?“

“Oh my this Pizza Hut was the absolute best I have visited! The service, the smiles, to the food was five stars! This is exactly what I look for when coming into a pizza place. Being from Houston and visiting this place made me feel so at home! Thanks Olivia for being amazing!

“Shout out to Liz for her incredible customer service last night. She made awesome suggestions and the food was fresh! She was patience with my 5 year old as he was changing his mind several times, and even let him sample a sauce for his sandwich which he loved! The store was very clean. By the way, she was doing this all on her own! We'll be back, for sure!“
