“Spent the night in Lake Charles and was looking for a good coffee spot next morning. Mission accomplished. I absolutely loved this place, combining my favorite genre of space themed movies and TV shows (Trekkie and Star Wars fan), and good coffee, food and atmosphere. My cold brew was outstanding, smooth with notes of chocolate. I had Bacon, Eggs, Sausage and cheese minus the bread. It was awesome and filling. My GF had the Interstellar Cristo and she raved about how good it was. The staff were two young ladies and they were friendly and amazing. There was an awesome atmosphere with plenty of space to sit and enjoy your beverage and food orders. Come out and support local businesses and avoid chains. I highly recommend this place!“
“This is a small homey, hole in the wall business. The ambience is very casual and mostly locals. There is limited outdoor seating if interested. The service at first wasn't too great but only because it was very busy when we arrived and it seemed everyone working here had attitudes. The restroom was in horrible condition with no soap, paper all over the floor and just nasty. Our waitress finally changed her demeanor and it ended up being great. We weren't rushed at all after things calmed down and I did understand that they were very busy and it's a small place but that's job security. They were shorthanded and are hiring if interested. The gumbo here is absolutely amazing with lots of fresh chicken meat and sausage. I only ordered a cup because I was afraid I would not eat it all. I also ordered the small breakfast. I am one to always have leftovers to go but not here this time. I ate everything except half of the biscuit and half a slice of bacon. Everything tasted so fresh and good. Kudos to the cook. Loved it and will definitely recommend and return again when in the area or passing through. Wonderful!“
“I have been to the Ryan and Sale Starbucks every day for the last 8 years. The staff are friendly, and the coffee is hot. The greet you by name and say good morning and ask how you are. Great staff and just great coffee. Wouldn't go anywhere “

“This is a new location so we are very happy that Jennings finally has a Starbucks! My daughter and I were about to travel out of town so we stopped for gas and then drinks at Starbucks. We were both very pleased with what we ordered. I am assuming because they are newly opened it's a bit harder to forecast sales and therefore hard to determine how much inventory to order or they were just way more busy than they forecasted since they were out of a few items that they were out of. They were able to make our order anyway and we got our drinks and went on our way. Service was awesome and quick!“
“Family time in Lake Charles so we decided to support local businesses. We ordered white chocolate, praline and cream, King Cake, blue raspberry tea and everyone enjoyed their drinks. We also tried blueberry scones and king cake with cream cheese filling. I will definitely try the one in Katy Texas near my home. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting.“
“I ordered a nitro cold brew, but they were having problems with the machine. That being said, I waited maybe an extra 2 minutes and they got everything fixed. “Both gentlemen behind the counter were kind and patient. I brought three of my children to get a treat and it was smooth as pie. Normally this is not the case when I go anywhere with my bunch. But my childrens' indecisiveness didn't seem to phase them a bit which put me at ease. The ice cream was delicious and I can't wait to go back and get two scoops instead of one!!!!!!!“
