Very unorganized. Had one girl making all the juice drinks & she was backed up and another employee kept moving her tickets around. We waited 25 minutes for 1 drink when we watched people come & go. We asked twice about our drink and the cashier told us both times it's coming up, without even checking.
I’ve been coming here for a while now, and I notice they hired a bunch of new workers so service here has been down lately.. but after dining in recently, I notice the service and atmosphere has improved a lot better. It looks like the new baristas are getting adjusted to the fast paced environment because my order was made pretty quickly amid a rush. The lobby looks more organized and maintained. I just stopped and got a blonde roast, they fresh brewed it for me, and Sam, the young lady working the counter was absolutely friendly and made me feel like I was at home. She is the perfect representation of your company! That girl deserves a raise!!!
