“I would like to say that today I had one of the best experiences I have EVER HAD at ANY MCDONALDS I have ever ordered from. On 3/29/24 at 9:44am I arrived to the drive through to pick up a mobile order located at 1603 Sampson St. Westlake, Louisiana 70669, As I waited to be serviced the young lady that came across the loudspeaker caught me by surprise (in a good way ), her voice was so clear, her tone was so comforting and her Mannerisms and words were so impressive, I HAD TO ASK HER NAME!!! This young ladys name was Jamia (I hope I spelled her name right) she was just as Pleasant in person as she was behind the speaker. This young lady is a GEM! She has the whole package when it comes to Professionalism and Customer Service. (I been doing this for 30yrs, | Know) Jamia deserves attention and recognition for what she brings to the JOB. She is a prime example of what this WORLD NEEDS !! Kindness, Compassion, Professionalism, Patience and above all, a SMILE that you can see and hear through the Speaker !! I hope that the Management and Co-works of this establishment see and understand what they have and Nurture her to become the BEST Version of herself!!! I know Jamia will go far in life and I hope that one day I will be able to hear, if not see her wonderful achievement that life has to offer her. Thank you Jamia for Starting my Day off on a great note !!!“

“Great option for a quick breakfast or just coffee and a snack at the Horsehoe Casino Hotel, this Dunkin just opened February 2024. I’m not really a fan of their donuts but LOVE their breakfast on sourdough bread. Coffee is always great, of course.“

“Absolutely love Dutch Bros! This is my favorite place to pick up an iced coffee. I have tried a different flavor each time and they have all been so good. I recently got my birthday coffee and I was able to get any coffee at any size. I obviously got a large and had the barista surprise me with a new flavor and it was amazing. A little Carmel, vanilla and espresso mixture! Chefs kiss 💋 I highly recommend.“

“7Brew is absolutely my go-to coffee spot! I was over the moon when I heard they were opening one right here in Lake Charles. I find myself stopping by almost every day, and I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience or a poor drink choice. The staff is a blast to joke around with, and they always shower my dog with love and treats! I'm getting ready to head over for my afternoon coffee, and I can't wait to fuel up and power through the rest of my workday!

If you are not a coffee drinker... they have other really tasty options. I am currently obsessed with their lemonade. It is that perfect tartness. Add a little watermelon, blue raspberry, and kiwi, and you have a Jolly Rancher in a cup! So good!“

“This is a new location so we are very happy that Jennings finally has a Starbucks! My daughter and I were about to travel out of town so we stopped for gas and then drinks at Starbucks. We were both very pleased with what we ordered. I am assuming because they are newly opened it's a bit harder to forecast sales and therefore hard to determine how much inventory to order or they were just way more busy than they forecasted since they were out of a few items that they were out of. They were able to make our order anyway and we got our drinks and went on our way. Service was awesome and quick!“

“This is hands down my favorite Starbucks in the Lake Charles area! Troy is the best!! He’s very welcoming, I feel like I’m home when I visit. I’m always met with a smile by all of the staff! I remember a time when they didn’t have oat milk one day and were very apologetic about it and gave me the option of using almond instead— as a consolation, I was given a cake pop, how thoughtful! They’ve fixed several coffees that were previously bought from the Prien Lake location due to being in proximity to it at the time. I haven’t been disappointed. I do hope people who’ve had a less than satisfactory experience give them another try!“

“Dunkin offers more food than I remember 20 years ago. The chicken wrap was good for a quick bite after filling up the tank and emptying the bladder.

Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful.

“We called in just before they open and they happily took our order. We pulled thru at 330am. They even hooked us up with a couple extra doughnuts of a different flavor.
