My coffee was great! It was a bit of a wait in the drive-thru, but as with most new locations that open, they have new hires who are still getting the hang of things. Savannah was very polite and professional.
It's a new location, so there was a bit of a wait. However, the staff was friendly and working super hard to get everything out. They were aware and very apologetic for the wait time. It was the best customer service I've seen in a long time! Shoutout to the blonde girl (didn't catch her name) for making sure I got my drink after seeing me wait a while!

Very satisfied with this location. They are a new establishment so a few bumps are to be expected - I placed an order on Christmas day because they showed as open on the app (along with another Starbucks in Lake Charles) and they were closer so I went with them. I got there and the store was closed. I went back on 12/27 to see about getting the drink or a refund, and they gladly honored and made the drink for me very quickly!
