The manager on duty is worried about beating her time in the drive thru and since that's most important, they ALWAYS forget something no matter the time of day. I had to go in. Employees never say someone is at the counter. So if you sit in the drive thru running up the time, I don't blame you cuz your order is probably missing something.
You will have to ask if your order is ready they will not check with the people up front most likely if you think your order is ready it is you got to get their attention that is the trick
The food is decent but they can definitely make it hot not warm especially if you're in the Drive-Thru they seem to hurry you through and it barely is warm sometimes
