Room was wonderful with a great view of the pool area. Had dinner at Salt Grass and the food was excellent and server was very friendly and attentive. Enjoyed hearing a local band while sipping a cocktail in the casino. Great experience for a Wednesday evening! Highly recommend.
I was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service that the Golden Nugget's Lost and Found department. My husband and I were in town for a funeral and ended up leaving a very expensive dress and suit jacket. The Lost and Found department were so helpful and responsive to my inquiry. They called me back within 24 hours and let me know they found my items and provided me with an easy step process to get my items returned to me.
