I just left severely dissapointed...after waiting almost 30 minutes for a featured item on the menu...I left without it because so many mobile orders surpassed the people in line that I ended up just getting a refund...I HAVE NEVER HAD TO GET A REFUND FROM STARBUCKS BECAUSE OF THEIR LACK OF SERVICE. After waiting 20 minutes and the wrong latte given twice I was not offered an apology or anything despite me asking how long it would take because I had somewhere to be. If you want to order from here DO IT THRU MOBILE BECAUSE THEY ARE THE ONLY ORDERS THEY CARE ABOUT.

This is a new location so we are very happy that Jennings finally has a Starbucks! My daughter and I were about to travel out of town so we stopped for gas and then drinks at Starbucks. We were both very pleased with what we ordered. I am assuming because they are newly opened it's a bit harder to forecast sales and therefore hard to determine how much inventory to order or they were just way more busy than they forecasted since they were out of a few items that they were out of. They were able to make our order anyway and we got our drinks and went on our way. Service was awesome and quick!

The barista must have been new or poorly trained. I asked for an Americano it came made with cream instead of hot water. I asked for it to be remade and it came back as a late. I had waited so long I gave upThis is a very busy location so having someone who doesn’t know what they are doing just wastes everyone’s time

Room was wonderful with a great view of the pool area. Had dinner at Salt Grass and the food was excellent and server was very friendly and attentive. Enjoyed hearing a local band while sipping a cocktail in the casino. Great experience for a Wednesday evening! Highly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service that the Golden Nugget's Lost and Found department. My husband and I were in town for a funeral and ended up leaving a very expensive dress and suit jacket. The Lost and Found department were so helpful and responsive to my inquiry. They called me back within 24 hours and let me know they found my items and provided me with an easy step process to get my items returned to me. The rep Cynthia was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with! It felt good to know they appreciated my concern for my lost item and was quickly able to resolve my worries and concerns! Great Job Cynthia!!!

While at the Golden Nugget, I had to have assistance with opening my safe, getting extra face towels, getting a ride twice to the adjoining hotel to meet with friends, and getting the Housekeeping Coordinator, Cindy, to mail me 2 blouses I left in the room. All was done with a great attitude! Wet area was very clean.

Clean facilities. Freight customer service. When I left something they were in contact with me to mail it back. I would definitely return to this wonderful place. Lots of fun and lots to do. I would recommend it to others. Glad we got to go. Enjoy your experience there.

I had the pleasure of receiving outstanding personal service during my stay at this hotel. Upon returning home, I realized that I had accidentally left behind some of my personal belongings. I contacted Cindy Wolfe, the Housekeeping Coordinator, who promptly assisted me in retrieving my items. Cindy made the entire process seamless and convenient. She went above and beyond to ensure that the belongings I didn't even realize I had left behind could be shipped back to me. Although I unfortunately couldn't retrieve my shampoo and conditioner bottles, I greatly appreciate Cindy's efforts in resolving this issue professionally. Her exceptional service is a true testament to her dedication. I highly recommend the Golden Nugget in Lake Charles, LA, and I am grateful for Cindy's exceptional assistance throughout this experience.

This past weekend was the first weekend in months that my boyfriend and I were able to be off of work at the same time long enough for a weekend getaway. Everything was going well overall until I was not allowed into the casino because apparently there was a scratch in the barcode of my ID that prevented it from being scanned. Nothing further was done to authenticate my valid form of Identification and we were turned away. We ended up going next door to L’Auberge and I was allowed into their casino within 2 seconds of the host scanning my ID. We payed to stay at the Golden Nugget for the convenience of being able to go drink at the casino together while playing and safely going back up to our hotel room and that didn’t happen. My ID was accepted everywhere else throughout the hotel to purchase alcohol. Anyways, the overall experience of the weekend wasn’t bad, but I feel as though something more should have been done to accommodate. We’ll be staying at L’Auberge from now on.

Best personal service I have ever received at a hotel. Upon returning home I realized I left some clothes in one of the drawers. I contacted Cindy Wolfe, House Keeping Coordinator as to how I can get the clothes sent to me. Cindy made the whole process a breeze. The Golden Nugget, Lake Charles, LA is fortunate to have Cindy on their staff.

We do an annual boat trip from Galveston to Lake Charles and stay at the Golden Nugget and always have excellent service. Even had a problem with leaving my keys and battery pack in the safe and their personnel were so friendly and helpful on assisting on getting them back to me asap. I highly recommend this place to stay.

Everything about my stay was excellent .The room accomondations were 5 5 star. I left a very important folder in the room by accident and the contents were very expensive. But i called days later and the folder and contents were still there. The house keeping staff and management were exceptionally professional and "HONEST". I am eternally grateful to Cynthia Wolfe and her team.

First time visiting and we enjoyed our time here. My only complaint is that the casino area is hot but I guess frequent visitors know because they were dressed accordingly. Now I know for my next visit. The pool is beautiful and crowded. Good variety of restaurants and a few shops. Ate at Draft King Sports Bar & Grill, delicious. We also ate at Lillies Asian Cuisine, skip the fried rice. Free alcohol for those that gamble. Alcohol is provided and sold 24/7. Overall a good place to relax and have fun.

We came here a few times during our stay at the Casino and although it does get very busy the girls working each time were friendly and did a great job of moving the line along and getting orders out in a timely manner - drinks and food were great, just as expected for Starbucks.
