“My wife and daughter and I went to Luna's yesterday, as my wife grew up in Lake Charles and said that Luna's was THE local hangout when she was growing up. With good reason, I found out. The restaurant was a delight. The food was amazing (I had a fantastic hamburger and a really good salad), and the atmosphere made me smile (all around us, throwback posters and paintings from 80s music and 90s movies). Plus the wait staff was very friendly. If you're looking for a good restaurant to do dinner with family and friends, this is the place to go.“

“Went during tbe lunch rush and the people that were working were the best they made sure to take our order nice a quick. Seating wasnt the best but we found a spot but thats what I get for coming for the lunch rush. We got our food pretty quick and it was pretty good! I got the rosbeff sandwiches for $8 not a bad price for a nice healthy sandwiche. Only down side is they dont sell there cinnamon Bread by the slice just by the lof. Im broke so I couldnt get any cinnamon bread which was super sad. It was a overall a good time.“

“We decided to try MacFarlane’s. We enjoyed it so much we went back the next night. The waitress the first night was helpful and friendly. The waiter the second night was also friendly and helpful. Food was outstanding beer selection was awesome. The night they had live music. I really enjoyed the lady that played. We can’t wait to go back again. Highly recommended this place.“

On a short visit to the city of Lake Charles this coffee shop was recommended by a few locals. We decided to give it a try. Walking in you are greeted the all so pleasant smell of fresh ground coffee beans, the wonderful smiles of Chelsea and her family and some amazing art by locals artists. “******Highly Recommend ****^ My 87 year old mother, my sister in law and I had lunch at Augustine’s today at their grand opening. The lunch was fantastic! We started with delicious appetizers-crab claws in butter, onion soup, and truffle fries with Parmesan cheese. Absolutely delicious. We then enjoyed the fried oyster salad with cornbread bread crumbs (yummy!) and the chicken flatbread with balsamic vinegar and I think honey. You had to roll us out of the door as we ate every bite! “I had to change my tire that got stuck out in cameron so before I under took this montomonueus task I decide it would be wise to eat a little supper so I took my Manager with me because he was nice enough to give me a ride to buy the tools to change my tire and we both very much enjoyed our food the wait was minimal and the Hostess was very pleasant she even wore authentic chinese evening wear with I thought was nice because nobody really does that anymore the staff was attentive and thr food was phenomenal I take a piece of Texas Toast and put that seafood bake with the celery in it and make like a seafood cheese Toast my manager said what is that a seafood Pizzza??? So now I will call it seafood Pizza 🍕 🍤 🦐 I had a good time and the soda lines are clean (I can tell) so thanks for having us and I look Forward to enjoying your establishment in the near future.“
