“We have become fairly regular customers here with my wife and friends. Like many, they have had a few problems with employees. However, on our last visit, everyone was cheerful and happy. The food is usually great and at a reasonable price. Fresh salads compliment the food well. So many of us spoil our children rotten and then cannot understand why the young people in these places are not pleasant or caring in caring for our needs in such places. I think that it is a great place to enjoy good food. If we have a problem, we kindly let management know.“
“Beautiful Bistro, great service, and delicious food. The in-house fresh baked bread is incredible! You can see from your table as they prepare your food. We will definitely come back when we visit Lake Charles again.Just one little detail: Please ask your staff in the kitchen to cover their heads with a net. I saw one in particular that had a lot of hair, and it could easily end up in people's food. All of them should wear a hair net.Parking: Parking is located behind the restaurant.“
“My memories of good times at Tony's Pizza go back to the early 70s and through the years when the dining room was expanded, the new shiny tables were added, and various menu additions like the medium sized Chicago-style pizza crust, the iconic po-boy bbq sauce being out-sourced along with appetizer and dessert items being added and the imported candies on the front counter. The Italian Sausage Po-Boy is memorable for its amazing flavor and ability of the lovely aroma of spices that you could savor at home the next morning when you awoke. The ground beef pizza with the jalapeno topping that were also ground was revolutionary and incredibly smart and it's remarkable that I haven't seen ground jalapenos replicated by a pizza restaurant in the fifty years since. I now live near Austin, TX and we have a number of pizza restaurants representing a variety of pizza types from Brooklyn, Neapolitan, Detroit, Connecticut, California, that are baked in a traditional pizza oven, wood-fired, coal-fired, etc. and many that are nationally ranked and reviewed and I love most all of them, but there's something iconic and exemplary about Tony's Pizza in Lake Charles with the toppings, sauce, and their pizza crust that I love today as I have the last fifty years. It's Lake Charles style!“
“The food and the staff are almost always FANTASTIC! On my last trip, the servers were even amused by my friends and I wearing fake mustaches...and then joined in on the fun with us. Easy going and fun atmosphere.Food comes out quickly and is piping hot.I will say...the Italian sausage chunks are a little on the big side. If they could cut those down some, that would be cool.Parking: Parking lot is always a little tight as they share a lot with sweet frog and the urgent care.“
“The employees here are super friendly and bubbly which makes for an enjoyable experience. They are happy to make whatever pizza you like if it is not on the buffet and I've never once felt attitude or aggravation from a worker there for being asked to make something fresh even though there is a few slices of the same pizza left on the buffet or you know little things like that.“

They were very professional in reaching out to me and for that I’m willing to give them another shot! Changed my rating from 1 star to 4 star. I think people only come here for wine and the atmosphere. Which is cool and all. Food is trash for the price. Had the Dinero sandwich and I can make a better melt with some deli meat and cheese in my fridge lol. My girl has the Alfredo. Sauce was so thin it barely stuck to the rigatoni. So it’s like eating tasteless pasta. Shrimp wasn’t even pan seared. Tasted boiled or microwaved. People go here to waste money on mediocre food just to make themselves feel important or “high class” I left and got a #7 at McDonald’s ?? the waiter was in a rush as well.“

“Anything you choose is going to be great! I've come here a few times and I try something different each time and I haven't been disappointed yet. The shrimp po-boy is phenomenal, the burgers are juicy and well seasoned, the duck tenders are flavorful, I could go on and on. This place isn't just a bar. “Tried a small two topping pizza and a small Caesar salad. Pizza was good. Liked the crust, sauce and the cheese. A little light with the toppings though. There were a few tables open but had a good crowd. The wait time was about 20 - 25 minutes to get my take out. Not a lot of choices when it comes to pizza in Lake Charles, but I found this place better than the local, long time pizza place around the corner. / Followed up one year later and still coming back for the pizza.“
“The food is great and customizable, which I always enjoy, but the manager Anthony really makes the place shine. He is really nice and helpful, and the pizzas he make are hands down the best. I also love the new gelato, green apple being my favorite. Would absolutely recommend this place and I eat here often.“
“We were greeted fast upon walk in. The hostess was very helpful and friendly. The store was super clean and all the games were on working order. My kids loves having the place to themselves. We came from eating so didn't eat this time but the said bar was immaculate and had so many options.“
“Nice clean spacious building. There is even an outside patio if you choose to eat outside. But the real shine here is on the pizza! I ordered the veggie pizza and I am not a vegetarian. I just wanted something fresh and crisp and that is exactly what I got. I wasn't even missing the meat... It was so good y'all! I aways love a place with self-service drinks, you can refill whenever you like. They even serve wine and beer if you're into that. Employees were super nice and came checked on us while we're eating to make sure that we enjoyed our meal. It was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely be back.“
