“Last time I went I was held hostage in the drive thru waiting to even be recognized as even being there for a good 10 minutes. A line of several cars formed behind me before anyone came to the window to greet me finally. I had quit going here for a long time because of an issue I had back in 2022 or some like that with someone working there who refused to sale me parmsean cheese. I just felt as if the entire thing was so stupid that this business was literally refusing to make a sale to me for no reason at all when I asked why I was given the answer "I can't." I didn't even know what that meant at the time. I just finally started going back after eating it on vacation and enjoying it. Most of the time this place is rocking and rolling and there aren't any issues with the service but then other times I go and I have to deal with the people who are under trained maybe or I come when they are short staffed? Idk, the food is always pretty good, except for the cold pizza I had last time, I drove the block home and the pizza had to be re heated to be enjoyed I guess because I had been left to sit in the drive thru so long. Eat here at your own risk I suppose. I only eat here maybe 12 -18 times per year, if that, so I maybe don't come here often enough to get consistent good service...Like I said though the food is usually pretty great!“
“I love the place, but it's hit or miss. Depends on when you go. I go often, but rather make the trip to Crowley.1-25-24 went right at 6pm and the pizza wasn't exactly fresh. Place was definitely clean though and made my requested pizza with the quickness. Buffets are always hit or miss during off peak hours. Still not bad though. I'll move from a 3 to a 4☆.
