I have always loved this location, but last night wasn't the best. Both meals barely had any fries. I counted 4 whole fries out of both combined and the rest was tiny pieces.
Our first time having chikfilA it was good but not something we would just go too ...again
🫤 Stuck in line for 20 minutes because the ice cream machine is down. I said, “oh no… are the guys becoming McDonald’s?” Well, no. McDonald’s was actually working, as we found out after our 20 minute wait to leave. Orders are not always right like my usual Chick-fil-A experiences as well. There is a consistent miss of culture here to: Hear the customer out. Empathize. Apologize. Resolve. And delight.
