“Daiquiris & Dogs had me excited for a Mother’s Day weekend late-night bite, but this visit definitely started off rough. I ordered two slices of pizza and a frozen margarita, and after quite a wait, we were served burnt pizza like it was perfectly fine. Of course, I had to ask for a remake. Thankfully, the team owned the mistake and made it right. Manager Melody stepped in, provided excellent customer service, and even gave my mother a complimentary chili cheese dog for the inconvenience. The remade pizza came out fresh and perfectly done(see photos for how we ate them😂), and my mom absolutely enjoyed the hot dog. While the experience didn’t start off great, I truly appreciate a business that acknowledges when they miss the mark and takes action to fix it. Great recovery, and that level of service definitely matters.“
