I have given Jt’s my business for many years. Usually once a week.
Today I was the only customer, waited 10 minutes to be checked out, and I was going to pay cash because of the 4% charge if you use a card.
The man looked at my hand and said we don’t have change for that. It would been $67.
I said well you want us to pay cash, he said of course
I said then I shouldn’t have to pay

I had a crawfish emergency and no one else could help me. My last call was to JT’s. Alan and Tobias went out of their way to help me out. They were super polite, stayed late to accommodate my schedule and truly displayed what customer service is all about. Alan and Tobias are an asset to this company and should commended for representing the business in such a positive way.
We are a little military family traveling back to Texas, so we had to stop at Jt’s and grab some seafood! Allen helped us get over 100$ worth of seafood, helped us get it all packed down and sent us on our way. We felt like family as soon as we stepped in! Definitely hope to come back soon. 🩷
