It was nice, but can't believe I spent 100 for 3 ppl with only 3 subs and 3 drinks. I'd rather just go to subway.

I really hate that one of the best sandwiches in town comes from a national chain. I hate that I don't really care to try an authentic cheesesteak in Philly out of fear that it won't live up to the perfect sandwich that the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak is. I've never had an off experience at this location. It slaps EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. Not only is the food beyond exceptional (especially for a national chain), even the employees are above par. I really hate that this is one of my favorite places in town, but if you need a sandwich that won't let you down - this is your spot.

Look... I can talk about sub sandwiches all day long. They are one of my favorite foods. A comfort food. And Jersey Mike's does them better than most. Especially that nice crispy REAL bacon. But a good sandwich is only going to earn you for first four stars in one of my reviews.

That fifth star can ONLY be earned by stellar customer service and these guys crushed it. One of the nicest staff's I have experienced at any sandwich joint I have been to. They all deserve a bonus. Or unlimited access to the bacon tray. Or both.

Actually never been to this location. But I know it's good food and will do a review if I should visit here. I keep trying to skip it, because I haven't been there to give a fair, honest review... I've been to a number of Mike's... always fresh and good food... and that salsa sauce stuff... oh man... so good. Try it if you havent... works on hot or cold sandwiches. Can't wait to visit this location. And I will do a complete review at that time. Hope this still helps someone to try Mike's and enjoy your meal.... they do points too... Tuesday is double points day... try it on a Tuesday.. points go towards free sandwiches.

AMAZING, portions are worth the price....fresh meat cut right off the block for every sandwich. Can't always give all jersey mikes the same set of stars. The demeanor just depends on the location....but as for the food.....best in the sub biz!

First time at Jersey Mike’s delicious and Jinesia Stewart did an exceptional job on serving and making our dinner. She seems like a sweet caring young woman! Also the other employees did awesome jobs too! We will be coming back! Dinner was delicious!

My fiance and I stopped here for a small dinner and it was somewhat busy. I ordered a regular club, he ordered a BLT, both the way they normally come. His sandwich was made correctly - aside from it not being microwaved when he requested it. They then did a completely different order before they made my sandwich and I had to step out of the way, so I couldn't really see how my sandwich was being made. The club is supposed to have bacon and mayonnaise on it - it had neither. Fairly disappointed as I couldn't say anything due to them having moved onto yet another customer by then, and I feel like I was partially ripped off because I didn't get the bacon topping I paid for. I may try this place again, however, some other sandwich shops in the area are priced way less for more food and in my opinion, better sandwiches made the correct way you want them.
