All of the food was amazing, and the soufflé was so good!! It was slightly awkward how quiet it was - no music was playing and all the guests were eerily quiet. Overall 10/10 though
Your life hasn't actually started until you've had their Duck Confit. Literally (and I'm using that word on purpose) the best meal I've ever had.
Upscale but I also feel like the employees aren't snobbish or take themselves too seriously if that makes sense. As far as I'm aware, the best restaurant in Louisiana.

My brother, from New Orleans and I had dinner at La Truffe Sauvage last night and it was terrific. New Orleanians (if there is such a word) know food and having lived in Tokyo, Paris and Brussels I do too. This place is terrific. From starters through dessert every dish was prepared with creativity and perfection. It was so good that we asked Frank, our totally professional and engaging server, to see if the chef would come out of the kitchen (he did) to thank him personally....
