This joint is attached to a convenience store, the owners of the convenience store on both. They are awesome people, and I have to say, all the food I've tried so far has been quite good. Some people find their chicken tenders to be a little spicy, but I love them. And unlike larger brands like popeyes. They serve real tenders, so if you eat a Whopper meal from Burger king, the 310 door with a side or more than fill you up. Good service, good food, not much parking, but overall...
Stopped by with a colleague and was surprised with the quality of the food. Tried their #8 menu item: 2 fish and 2 chicken, red bean rice with chicken sausage, and pecan pie slice. All good food and freshly cooked.
While it's my personal opinion, I didn't find the chicken to be anything famous or memorable, for that matter. It is very basic cafeteria-style gas station crispy, crunchy chicken, nothing more. Same for the rest of the food, it's not bad, isn't anything I'd go out of my way to get either. The staff was very polite, and the establishment was immaculate. It was not busy, and the food was prepared quickly.
