Customer service and their fries and wings are great, unfortunately the only thing I didn't get to enjoy was their chicken liver, breading way too salty. But other than that great experience.

They have a great spice to the fried chicken. their fountain drinks in the lobby are on point and have cakes that hit the sweet spot for $3.99. Italian cream cheesecake chocolate carrot cake red velvet

This is the cleanest Louisiana Chicken chain I have ever been to. The employees were super friendly and nice and the food was hot, fresh and delicious.

I honestly don’t know what all the hype is over this place. People must have simple taste buds. They’re a 6 on a scale of 1-10. They’re chicken is extremely spicy. I like spice so it’s good to me but if you don’t like spice don’t get the chicken. I tried the tenders, fries, and shrimp fried rice family meal. The tenders are huge but the flavor is a 6 for me. The shrimp fried rice was good but in a large shrimp fried rice I only had 4 large shrimp. They need a whoopn for that. I wouldn’t get it again just because of that.

The strawberry cheese cake looked so delicious on the menu but when you get the actual cheesecake it’s dry & looks nothing like the picture. I was disappointed. I won’t be getting that again either.

I do plan to go back to try some of their other stuff on the menu like their fried shrimp and fried fish because that is my favorite. Overall, they’re pretty good if you don’t know what to eat and you wanna get something filling but they’re not a Timmy Chan’s.

These people don't want to sell chicken. I sat at the drive through for 20 min and finally left while I saw 2 employees in the parking lot with not one car there. Won't make it. Horrible service

Son brought some fried chicken home for dinner! A container of both dark & white meat, beans & rice, & coleslaw! Knocked our socks off! Enjoyed the facts that everything was: Delicious, flavorful, & still hot!

If your like me and have never tried it so your reading these beforehand. Do yourself a favor and don’t. You can make better chicken and sides using all products from the dollar store

The girl working the window didn't know what the menu was and acted like I was bothering her when I took a picture of the menu and tried to show it to her. The shrimp and the fish were overcooked. It took 25 minutes to get my food (no one in front of me). The only reason I gave them 2 stars is the chicken tasted pretty good. Had to throw the fish and shrimp.
