The place was clean and service was fast and pleasant, only thing I wish the had more sides, like macaroni and cheese, little healthier choices of sides.

I was so excited to see they have half gallon flavored teas that I could bring back to work with me. Unfortunately, the nozzles hasn't been cleaned in a while. There was matter floating in it which i wound up ingesting... I thought it was strawberries then recalled that I'd ordered raspberry. My half gallon was spoiled. It was so bad, in fact, that soon, it's odor permeated the classroom and remained in my cup. They did apologize and refund which I appreciate.

After searching online for the best fried chicken in Lake Charles, Louisiana, this spot came up in the top four—and it did not disappoint. It truly stands out as one of the best in town. The fried chicken was perfectly crispy, golden, juicy, and full of flavor. The fried okra and egg rolls were also outstanding, both fresh and delicious.
The restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and clearly dedicated to ensuring a great customer experience. In our opinion, this place is a must-visit for anyone craving quality fried chicken and tasty sides—definitely a step above the location on Prien.
