We ordered our food through the app, and it said it’d be ready at 1:18. We ended up getting to McAlisters at 1:30, but our food wasn’t ready for pick up yet. We waited for 30 more minutes in the pick up line before it was ready. We were the only car. The girl working there was really nice, we just didn’t get an update about what was going on and we were about to go inside cause we thought we were forgotten. We asked what took so long, and she told us they had one person in the kitchen and everyone else was new.We don’t really care about a wait time or anything, but just let us know in advance it’s gonna take that long. Just a warning for anyone needing a quick bite, this isn’t it at the moment. Hopefully the new people get trained soon!

First time at McAlister's, I went in with 4 rambunctious kids with free kids meal awards. I fully expected the crew to be annoyed and not happy to let me walk out of there with 4 free kids meals ...but they did. They went over and beyond with patience and kindness. Very refreshing for a weary moma. So grateful! ??The carrot cake is amazing ???

We decided to try McAlisters since we hadn't eaten there in years. It was 12:30 and the restaurant had maybe 20 people seated and eating. We were near the counter looking over the menu when we were approached by an employee that informed us that our order would take 30 to 40 minutes because they were running behind! We looked at him, the 2 people in back kitchen and the absence of anyone in front or behind us! There also wasn't a single vehicle in the drive thru! That employee statement told us that they had no desire for us, or anyone else, to eat there! Which we didn't! We opted for Jason's Deli where the food and service is exceptionally grand and their people happily greet you with a genuine desire to serve! We will never visit McAlisters again!

Overall, I thought it was very good! I got a salad and my wife got the pick 2 spud and soup. Our food was very good and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We did have to wait a bit longer than I would have liked for food but that might be just because I was very hungry before even walking in.

To Go Orders for 4 were perfectly prepared. The vegetarian soup was pretty much chili with beans. Other than that, no complaints!
