First time at McAlister's, I went in with 4 rambunctious kids with free kids meal awards. I fully expected the crew to be annoyed and not happy to let me walk out of there with 4 free kids meals ...but they did. They went over and beyond with patience and kindness. Very refreshing for a weary moma. So grateful! ??The carrot cake is amazing ???
Overall, I thought it was very good! I got a salad and my wife got the pick 2 spud and soup. Our food was very good and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We did have to wait a bit longer than I would have liked for food but that might be just because I was very hungry before even walking in.

We ordered our food through the app, and it said it’d be ready at 1:18. We ended up getting to McAlisters at 1:30, but our food wasn’t ready for pick up yet. We waited for 30 more minutes in the pick up line before it was ready. We were the only car. The girl working there was really nice, we just didn’t get an update about what was going on and we were about to go inside cause we thought we were forgotten.
