The outside needs to be cleaned . The parking lot is dirty. Staff is either on or off. Rarely on! My biggest problem is the quality of the food. My order is consistently never correct. They are always missing items. And today the quality of some of my order was so low that I had to throw it away. This place has potential but…I edited my review due to the GM reaching out and trying to make it right.

My Best friend and I went to McAlister's while I was in Louisiana. It was my first time there, but it's my bestie's go to spot for a nice salad. The salad was huge, delicious and filling. I also got the strawberry lemonade which was also huge! I will definitely be going back again. Ten outta ten recommend!

We ordered our food through the app, and it said it’d be ready at 1:18. We ended up getting to McAlisters at 1:30, but our food wasn’t ready for pick up yet. We waited for 30 more minutes in the pick up line before it was ready. We were the only car. The girl working there was really nice, we just didn’t get an update about what was going on and we were about to go inside cause we thought we were forgotten. We asked what took so long, and she told us they had one person...
