1-29-30 I always love subway but the customer service sucks and the new meat isn’t the same anymore so I started eating at Panera bread 🥖 the price may be a bit higher but it’s worth every cent ✅and faster friendly customer service too yummy 😋 I most definitely will be eating 🥣 more here at this location ✔️I had the chipotle chicken avocado sandwich Omgosh unbelievable delicious 😋 Thank! Crew especially the cooks ✔️✅ ONE LOVE ❤️1-30-26 I’m back! Trying the steak/ broccoli soup combo Omgosh sooooooo delicious 😋

Well, I had Panera several times, not from the Lake Charles location, and our thought was , we pick up the advertised French dip on the way home. Well, we waited at least 30 min, took so long where customers came to the window and asked what is going wrong with our foods? It was about 4.30PM. Here to the service 1 star, they told the customer behind us, older lady, “oh your food is ready and there’s we have to cook”, what? Here the 1 star to the food -> it was not French dip, it was onion gravy, you could see the onions, thick old gravy in a have full cup, and no meat on the sandwich, just scraped leftover scrubs you couldn’t see it on the bread and not identify the thin see through scrubs of something, and this supposed to be dipped und an old thick crusty onion gravy, what was not possible to do. So here my 1 star, and my advice, if you know French dip, don’t try from Panera Bread Lake Charles 😖

Average flavors, enjoyed first and probably last visit was little confusing for us elder people with simple diets, did enjoy patience employee showed taking orders for others and wife and I, worth at least a visit but not seen as every week type place?
3 out of 4 times way too many blacken lettuce and wilty leafs to justify this bring over $4 ps its $9 casear 12 with chicken soooo
Stick to bakery and soups this location had fallen to LC plague of below avg food
It's one of the worst paneras so dont pit stop here ..... at all for any food beyond fast food but never popeyes

It's a Panera, so the food is good in my opinion. However, this particular location seems to be inconsistent with the quality of food & customer service. It can be hit or miss sometimes with the food & one day you'll have a great customer service experience, but your next visit you'll be treated like an inconvenience. Sometimes this makes the price not worth it, but again, it's hit or miss with this one.

The bacon Mac & cheese was hot and cheesy. The Caesar salad was delicious and the dressing was flavorful. And the cookie and lavender lemonade were the perfect accompaniment
