It's a Panera, so the food is good in my opinion. However, this particular location seems to be inconsistent with the quality of food & customer service. It can be hit or miss sometimes with the food & one day you'll have a great customer service experience, but your next visit you'll be treated like an inconvenience. Sometimes this makes the price not worth it, but again, it's hit or miss with this one.

Food was good, but customer service was terrible. Person at front counter didn't know what type of bread sandwich was made on. People behind counter busy talking to each other than providing friendly service. Acted like I did not matter as a customer.

This was my first time eating at a Panera Bread in my life, and I am sooo disappointed. I ordered chicken noodle soup and the noodles were brown and there was an odd smell as well. The girl at the drive thru was really sweet though. Unfortunately, I won't be back.

They need to drug test there employees hair follicle I got my sandwich when home was about to eat it and it smelled pure burn weed it stays on your fingers the recent due this is disturbing specially when you have a good job testing positive just for eating a sandwich on the streets
