Clean, variety of coffee drink flavors and nice pastry assortment. I went for the beignets and they were too heavy. I was looking for lighter ones. Sweet and presentational though.

The coffee is always ON POINT! My FAV person there is Alaina! Shes so sweet and she greets me and my friends/family with friendly faces and conversation EVERY TIME! Her coffee and tea is always 100% perfect! The atmosphere is so warm and friendly. You feel like family walking in regardless of who’s working. I get my stuff pretty quick—even on a busy day! And the spinach feta is my FAV! And don’t get me started on their delicious beignets! YUM!
My dog also loves their pip cups! She also agrees—this is the best coffee place around!

The absolutely messed up my order and I didn’t know until I left. I should’ve asked for my receipt but since I’m usually happy with this place I didn’t think I needed one. I ordered the caramel cream latte and got charged for whipped cream and they didn’t put any on there. I ordered a large king cake velvet ice and I’m pretty sure they charged me for whipped cream and they were supposed to put it on the drink anyways. They didn’t even put the king cake dust. The drink didn’t taste like they put any flavoring either, and if I wasn’t in a rush to get home I would’ve gotten a refund. It also took me 5 mins to tell her my order because their speaker is broken and they just keep repeating “I can’t hear you” even if you’re yelling your order. I really loved this place but honestly my experience sucks. The only nice thing was the amazing lady who handed me my drink. I will never be back again, it’s a shame.

The owners daughter kicked me out for being disabled. I got her on camera saying that she KNEW it was illegal and against corporate politicy, but she makes up her own laws. I sent the video to PJ'S corporate.

The reviews aren’t that high but we tried PJs anyway. Honestly, there’s some good parts and others that are meh. The staff were friendly and quick, at least in the Sunday afternoon that we went. It wasn’t packed but there were still people there and had a nice atmosphere. We got the caramel granita which was alright. Coming from Canada, it’s like an Iced Cap from Timmie’s but more watered down. The prices are on the mid to high end. I’d say if you’re in a pinch it’s not bad but I wouldn’t recommend going out of your way for it.

Ordered their turkey sausage and eggs sandwich the meat and egg was cold. Went to get it replaced they just reheated it health food wise because we do food nutrition you're not supposed to reheat the food You're supposed to get a new order 😔😕 reordered my drink twice and it was wrong...not sure who was serving the food today but it wasn't up to it's usual experience I had..wanted to impress my daughter with this place and she was sadly. Disappointed ☹️ the only thing I ordered that was good was the beignets.

I really love this place! I get coffee here all the time! Had just about every drink on the menu.
The associates are very kind and friendly! the interior is a vibe, especially early in the morning.
Some of the reviews claim that serving is slow, they take in a lot of orders at once sometimes and can be pretty busy.
About 80%-90% of the time this is not the case, from personal experience.
Slow slow slow they weren’t even busy it took for ever just to get a simple drink I’m wringing this review and still haven’t received my 1 drink. Clear your schedule if you stop here

We were greeted by Alaina when we walked in. We got 3 orders of beignets and 2 cafe au laits and 1 hot tea. Very welcoming staff. We went back a total of 3 times in 4 days. Each visit we received the same cheerful greeting. They treated us like family. I even took an order to my sister in a nursing home. She was so surprised. They also have a drive through.

The food was very poor quality. We ordered a breakfast croissant. The bread was on the stale side. The egg and ham were dried out. Was the food under a heat lamp for an extended period of time??

To begin with my daughter has been with Starbucks for 6 years as a barista so I have an idea of what needs to happen. I ordered a medium late with white chocolate ( that is the reason I go)and an order of egg bites. The coffee came out with coffee dripping all down cup. As soon as I drove off I took a sip and no syrup at all. I parked went inside and her response was. Oh yea that’s why it’s the white chocolate??? Never a I’m sorry or anything. Back in my truck I took a bite of egg bites and there was a glob of something sweet right in the center. I’m a guide and you can look at my reviews…they are very balanced but they barely deserved a one star. Managers get it together or you will be like CCs and out of business.

I’m writing this review because a very kind employee decided to pay a good deed forward.
See, I was out and about with my autistic son. We were having a hard time with the rain and my son having sensory issues with being wet. I had just calmed him down from a melt down, feeling defeated, I made my order at PJ’s and at the window the employee working said, “it’s on my today maam.”
I didn’t catch her name but, if she sees this I want her to know she made my WHOLE day. That little bit of kindness turned my morning around. I just needed my coffee to get me through what was already a hectic morning. Thank you so much. <3
