Don't go there if you are for rights for disabled people. The owners daughter has kicked people out for being disabled.
We were greeted by Alaina when we walked in. We got 3 orders of beignets and 2 cafe au laits and 1 hot tea. Very welcoming staff. We went back a total of 3 times in 4 days. Each visit we received the same cheerful greeting. They treated us like family. I even took an order to my sister in a nursing home. She was so surprised. They also have a drive through.

The food was very poor quality. We ordered a breakfast croissant. The bread was on the stale side. The egg and ham were dried out. Was the food under a heat lamp for an extended period of time??

To begin with my daughter has been with Starbucks for 6 years as a barista so I have an idea of what needs to happen. I ordered a medium late with white chocolate ( that is the reason I go)and an order of egg bites. The coffee came out with coffee dripping all down cup. As soon as I drove off I took a sip and no syrup at all. I parked went inside and her response was. Oh yea that’s why it’s the white chocolate??? Never a I’m sorry or anything. Back in my truck I took a bite of egg bites and there was a glob of something sweet right in the center. I’m a guide and you can look at my reviews…they are very balanced but they barely deserved a one star. Managers get it together or you will be like CCs and out of business.

I’m writing this review because a very kind employee decided to pay a good deed forward.
See, I was out and about with my autistic son. We were having a hard time with the rain and my son having sensory issues with being wet. I had just calmed him down from a melt down, feeling defeated, I made my order at PJ’s and at the window the employee working said, “it’s on my today maam.”
I didn’t catch her name but, if she sees this I want her to know she made my WHOLE day. That little bit of kindness turned my morning around. I just needed my coffee to get me through what was already a hectic morning.
Thank you so much. <3

I love coming here when I'm in town. The coffee drinks are so good that I will pass up several coffee places to get here.
Order a hot latte and what I got was lukewarm. I told the clerk and he went to the back with it, I assume to warm it in a microwave. When he came back, it was slightly warmer.
The place is usually pretty quiet which I like, it leads you to the impression that they aren't usually busy. I usually place my order online ahead of time so it'll be ready when I show up, but for some reason now I'll go in to pick up my order at the time I'm told it'll be ready in my confirmation message, they haven't even started my drink yet.
This has been the case the past couple times I've ordered, but before that there was no problem. I'm not sure what the problem is. Maybe they're understaffed, perhaps they're busier than it looks?

I've only been to this location on two occasions. The first time was a pleasant experience. Today, however, was not. I visited around 9AM this morning. No one was in the drive-thru and no customers were inside, either. I entered the business and didn't see anyone working out front. I stood at the counter and caught movement in my peripheral vision. A young lady was in the back looking at her phone. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, assuming that she was handling something important. I waited patiently while she looked at her phone. Another person entered the business and the young lady looked at her and said, "Three customers since you left." Then the other girl whispered that there was a customer up front. The young lady looked at me, came up, and asked if she could help me. I ordered my coffee, received it quickly, and the lady mumbled something about the window. I'm assuming she meant the drive-thru. The coffee was good and I would have completely let the long wait be ignored had the young lady simply apologized or, at the very least, acknowledged that she didn't see me. Instead, she said nothing. Another customer entered right after I received my order, and he was quickly assisted by the other employee. I think that I'll just stick to my usual, local, non-franchise coffee place next time.

I will not be going back to this one again. This last time my coffee was cold and didn't taste right and my sandwich was still frozen in the middle. So I went back in to have them fix it and it still wasn't right and warm. So I went back home to microwave my stuff up. Let's not talk about how slow this pj's is. Keep driving to the next one down the street. They are so much better.

Sat in drive through for 27 minutes with no one ahead of me. All vehicles behind me carefully reversed out of the drive through and gave up. This place is consistently slow, and I know this every time I come, and I am consistently disappointed with the service. It seems pretty obvious that there is no management ownership at this location.
