This was one of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve had. After placing my order and paying, I was told to pull forward and wait. After sitting there for quite some time with no food and no updates, I called the restaurant only to discover they had completely forgotten about my order.

A manager eventually came outside, apologized, and told me she was personally going to bring my order out. Unfortunately, that never happened either. After waiting another 10 minutes with no food and no communication, I had to get out of my car and go inside just to request a refund.

It’s unacceptable to pay for an order, be forgotten, then be promised a resolution that never comes. The lack of organization, communication, and customer service was extremely frustrating. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Took 30 minutes my order . This shouldn't be called a fast-food restaurant.

I ordered online over an hour in advance plus I was a few minutes behind. When I got there I still wait and extra 15 minutes even though it said my order was ready online.

Never have chicken available when we go there. They ALWAYS have to cook some chicken. Then that be a small amount cause when its time to fill my order, they run out of mild chicken and we have to wait 15 more minutes for a drop to cook. Also, the fries be cold or hard

I had a terrible experience at Popeyes on my birthday what was supposed to be a special day turned into a frustrating and disappointing visit. The girl who took my order at the drive-thru was extremely rude from the start. Her attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and honestly shocking for a place that serves customers every day. Instead of a simple, pleasant interaction, it felt like she was annoyed that I was even there.

No one wants to deal with that kind of negativity, especially on their birthday. It completely ruined the mood and left a bad impression that I won’t forget. Customer service matters, and this location clearly needs serious improvement in how they treat people.

I will not be returning to this location, and I definitely would not recommend it to anyone else. There are plenty of other places where you can be treated with basic respect—this is not one of them.

Always check your orders when in the drive-through! After waiting 40 minutes for my order to be ready, it wasnt what I had ordered.

We came as a stop off from the Freeway to break up a 4.5 hour drive.
We arrived at 9:40pm, we didn’t get served until 9:56pm.
During this wait, one of us went to the toilet, took one step in and very quickly “NOPED”.

As the time hit a 45 minute wait, you know, for fried chicken - we could t wait any longer. One of us had already walked to the gas station across the road, went to the clean toilet, and purchased fresh, hot food.
So, I went to the desk to say we could wait no longer. I asked for a refund, but it was declined because the food was ready. (Why didn’t we have it?)
We took the food, the order was incorrect, the drink was missing too.

The quality of the food was okay, my canna fries were particularly good. The chicken burger order was incorrect. Apple pie replaced with a seasonal one.

The biggest frustration was the time the fast food took. And we would have much rather have received our refund.

This branch needs to look at the management. Because I feel it’s very much head-buried-in-San, and a lack of leadership.
