Consistent food quality. This location suffers from an extremely small parking area so the lines back up quickly. Also the app does not allow drive through pick up and their curbside seems a little slow. It almost seems to surprise the staff there are people waiting in curbside while other staff is doing their best to keep the drive through line moving.

With all respect, PLEASE put the sauce in the box, if we ask to sub the slaw for sauce, pls put the sauce. I love canes and this location, but this is the second time I get home and they did not put the slaw like I asked but they also did not sub it for sauce or any sauce at that. We eat here for the sauce. Doing a good job, just want our sauce please

The chicken has gotten smaller and the seasoning is non-existent... It's good for a quick meal for the family but definitely not something to eat daily as it tastes like nothing
