I see there are a lot of complaints about portion sizes, but I have no complaints. My salads were loaded and everyone working was very nice. Under $30 for 2 salads, 2 cookies and croissants. I'll definitely return.

Every time I come the manager Daicy never fails to have a bad attitude just for asking more scoops after I spent $50 ! The funny thing is she talks in Spanish so no one can understand, how convenient for the customers who actually can’t understand!!! little does she know I’m from Peru and I understood everything she said! Very very unprofessional you will no longer receive my business at this location. Maybe it’s time to try a new salad place.

I absolutely love this salad bar. I would go every day if I could. The staff is usually very polite but sometimes they don't listen. And I highly recommend if you are presenting your phone to scan the rewards arcade, make sure you don't have tap to pay or quick access enabled on your phone since the scanner used for the rewards barcode is conveniently behind the card reader and it will just take your money. It happened to me yesterday and I was trying to use my rewards points and instead I was charged full price on the wrong card which overdraft my account.

This place is actually great. I wasn't sure what to expect when I first came in and the order is a little awkward. It was also a bit pricey compared to what I was expecting, with the $15 to $20 range per person. Still, you get a huge number of ingredient options which are often stackable. The service is quick. The place is kept clean. The food is good. The people were friendly.

My husband went there to get a salad for me we were very disappointed you pay $15.32 for hardly no lettuce’s I had more meat than anything when she ask him was it to she took lettuce’s out out the bowl next time I just go down the street treat everybody the same give us what we paid for cause I was very unhappy with my salads, they another time I went in there to get salad the young lady continued to clean the windows so I stood there for few minutes she continue to clean the windows so I left she was a young black female teach these kids that when customers come in they need stop what they are doing wash there hands wait on the customers we paid there salaries! Will not be back know time soon!
Long day of travel and this place hit the spot. Refreshing, tasty, and plenty of food. Friendly faces greeted me and walked me through how it works. I am definitely going to visit again!!!

I have gone here at least 4 times now within the last month and a half and can say that Salata is amazing! I am hooked. The amount of salad toppings to choose from does not leave much to be desired and has everything I need to have my perfect salad lunch. All of their ingredients have this quality to them that is tasted in every bite. I used to favor subw for its “healthy” attributes but this takes the cake for taste and abundance factor!
Here’s my problems: I have gone here at least 4 times and 2 of these visits I did in fact find similar hair in my food. My friend also went another day and found the same thing. I don’t really know what that’s about but that’s not really a topping you’d expect to find on your salad.
The salad can come out to be a bit pricey, but it does “even” out with their rewards program. However, this rewards program has a very sorry user interface that makes it hard to know how many points I have and what they can do for me. I think this is more of a corporate issue than a location issue however!
There are 2 other salad bars on the same street just a few minutes down from this location. I have not tried them but do plan on it!
Things I appreciate: The staff is somewhat bilingual, and despite communication sometimes being iffy they always make the process feel fast, fun, and streamlined.
Their food quality is chefs kiss (except for those hairy parts I mentioned earlier)
The reward program, while a bit hard to understand due to the lackluster user interface, is solid and really does make me want to come back just to use some of my points to pay off my next salad!!
Edit: customer service were very quick to reach out to me and make up for my issues ! Amazing business!
Kid-friendliness: I did see kids running around barefoot of this establishment. There really isn’t anyone every in here when I go except for the one here and one there. If planning to bring a loud family don’t expect to not feel like a sore thumb, do expect, however, the staff to treat you swimmingly!
