I do NOT recommend this Saltgrass location due to how poorly management treats customers. My issue wasn’t with the food—it was with Norma, a manager, who dismissed me rudely after they gave my DoorDash order to the wrong driver. I calmly asked to reorder, and she snapped “We’re closed”—even though the restaurant was still full and running. DoorDash refunded me. Saltgrass did nothing. If management can’t own their mistakes, they shouldn’t be managing.
Brought my dad, daughter, and grandmother here to eat. Grandmother never had an American waygu steak before, tried the featured bonein waygu strip and loved it. Couldn't stoped talking about the amazing flavor from the marbling of the steak. Highly recommend!
My wife and her friend went for dinner last night,Sunday 1/16/24 and was seated at 6:30. The steak my wife ordered was not cooked as requested, poor quality and poor service and server was extremely slow. Then my wife wanted to use her complimentary birthday portion of her Landry Card but her complete balance was used to pay her bill. In short she had her birthday gift and $25 reward for her dining at Vic and Anthony’s wiped out for her bill that was only$25.99 before taxes!...read full review
