Curbside pick up is a huge joke.....they will bring everyone's order but yours. I literally sat and watch everyone else get their groceries for a hour. When I 1st got to sams no one was waiting outside but me

Mostly provides good deals & better prices. Nice bakery.. but needs very advance orders…very inconvenient…Neatly Organized the stuff . Always a line at the cafe.. need to keep more associates. Rest rooms need to be maintained properly.

Went to renew my membership after losing my card. They told me I can no longer get a card and would have to use the app. I have had a lot of problems with the app in the past and dont want to use it. Very disappointed and I will not renew my membership now.

I've been coming here for years and the service has just gone down a hole. I'd leave and go to Costco but we don't have one. Today I was waiting for help and witnessed something absurd a gentleman had drove 60 minutes from another city to pick up some items they told him they were holding for him and they lied. They didn't have the items I watch the cashier be rude to this gentleman a manager name Nick be rude to this gentleman. If this is how y'all treat people, God save us!

Horrible customers service in the tire department by Jackie. I prescheduled an appointment for tires and had confirmation of the plus membership pricing. When I arrived Jackie told me a price over $155 beyond the confirmed price. I offered to show her the email confirmation and she said "we aren't offering that special yet." I requested to speak with a manager. The manager reviewed the confirmation and honored the price. Jackie then spitefully told me the wait would be longer because I contested the price she told me. After leaving I was called and told the lug nuts were bad and she could not mount the new tires as is. I explained that my husband just removed the tires a few days ago and had no issues. She continued to argue her point. I then returned to the store, cancelled the purchase and requested a refund. This was not my first experience with Jackie. My prior experience with Jackie she was also rude. I requested pricing on tires and she said "do you have an appointment?" I explained I did not but wanted pricing and she said "I am busy and have no openings." Her customers service skills are beyond disappointing. I have been a Sams plus member for 18 years and will never return to the Sams tire department as long as this rude woman is allowed to work there. I will spread the word to others as well. There are too many options in this town that offer excellent customer service, I highly encourage others to take your business elsewhere!
