Ordered 4 drinks. Only me in my car. They brought them to me with no drink carrier. They said they didn't have any. I told her it was too dangerous for me to drive and try to carry 4 drinks. She told me to figure it out. Knocked on door, got manager, he told me the same thing, not their problem. Feb 2, 2025 5pm hour.

Yall stay away from this sonic ! It’s the absolute worst in lake Charles ! We waited 30 minutes for them to clear the screen and forgot about us. We got the food and it was COLD. We asked to remake it , they had an attitude . Finally they got it together after we left ! Is it when a manger here !? Smh 0 stars.

I ordered 2 drinks in the app while in the parking, and it took nearly 15 minutes. Otherwise, drinks were good.
I mean it's sonic! It's like the closest you can get to eating trash behind a dumpster without being a raccoon. I ordered a hot fudge sundae, but I got a caramel sundae, which was okay because I think I liked that better. It's a creepy little place after dark, but it's cheap, and you can eat in your car, so. Yeah.
Vegetarian options: I mean there's ice cream?
Wheelchair accessibility: You don't have to leave your vehicle to order or eat.

I’ve been eating at this sonic for awhile now literally almost everyday the service has completely fallen takes 15 minutes once you arrive after already having an order ahead order, I definitely won’t go to sonic anymore in this area awful experience every time

Didn't mind the wait, or them training the order taker. We ordered 2 simple meals, 1 with a plain cheeseburger, even clarified "meat, bread, and cheese ONLY". The bread was soggy from the ketchup and pickles on that burger and missing the cheese. Fries in that meal had been thrown in the fryer to rewarm them and were burnt to a crisp. The $13 meal had onions added on a burger that has no onions. This was off peak hours, maybe a half dozen vehicles. It was inedible. In this economy, it's incredibly disappointing to spend the $25 for a treat for our family and having to throw it out, wasting $ and food.
