We love umami. Their raw options are always fresh and the prepared options are always on point too. The raw scallops are a must!

It is the only place in southwest Louisiana to get chu toro nigiri, which is highly praised along with the toro maki. The Cho Toro sashimi is beautiful, soft, and delicious, and the Salmon and Tuna Nigiri are also highly recommended, especially with fresh wasabi.
