Waited 10 mins after I pushed the red button. Waited 20 plus mins for an ice cream order.

All I wanted was a sweet tea. I waited for over half hour watching one worker smoking, one worker walking around, one worker doing god knows what in his car.. people get it together if u don't want to work go home but I love sonic and the employees on shift Saturday at 7p give Sonic a bad name.

Terrible service it takes them 30 minutes to heat up a simple hot dog! Thank you for wasting my whole entire lunch.

Just waited 30 minutes for ice cream and mozzarella sticks..that was already paid for...had to call the button 3 times to check on my order that I still never received

Don’t got to this Sonic if you want decent service. It’s TERRIBLE. Placed a mobile order for two limeades and waited 20min. Couldn’t figure out how to cancel in app so I drove to a free lane to press the help button. Waited and waited. Drove to another on the other side. Waited and waited. Finally walked up to the inside and they had downed system but 2 employees just standing there. They didn’t inform anyone and ignored the call buttons. Then I was told I couldn’t be in there and that they couldn’t cancel my order. I had to leave without my order.

30 mins to get FOUR DRINKS. Ordered in the app, and gave a tip… wish I could take it back honestly. 👎🏽never again

We ordered sonic at 6:03 PM and the app said it would be delivered at 6:09. We and many other cars watched as the workers talked and hung out. They had our food in bags they just didn’t bring it out. We waited 20 minutes before my mom went in there. Finally we got our food.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and it wasn't worth the price ( Wendy's is cheaper) the lady that waited on me wasn't friendly

Took more than 30 minutes to get a combo meal and the attendant had the nerve to be rude. Thank God I don't live here in Lake Charles, although, if I did, I would take my business elsewhere.

Edit: To the owner, that sounds like a lot of effort for y’all to hold yourselves responsible. Instead you could’ve easily seen which location and handled things yourselves but🤦🏽‍♀️ No. you expect a customer who already had a bad experience to waste even more time with yall?? Wild. And I don’t want any refunds, gift cards, free orders from here, i want nothing to do with yall so thanks but no thanks.

My bun bottom was so stale I couldn’t even bite through it. Had to take it off and it was so messy trying to eat it with only one bun that I ended up tossing MOST of my burger. I asked (and PAID FOR) mix ins for my sundae, they literally gave me a dime size plop of Oreo dust. DUST. Saying crumbles would be an insult to a crumble. After two bites it was basically just their basic caramel sundae that I specifically didn’t want plain so I tossed it too. My kids enjoyed their burgers and strawberry sundaes but they’re like Mikey, they’ll eat anything. So disappointing.

They need to put on the menu that the dipping sauce does not come with the product that you’re ordering and that you have to pay extra for it
