Sonic Drive-In

Food and service very poor.
We used the app while at a stall, if food would have come out
when it said " food is on the way" might have been better. Waited several minutes, push red service button to inquire and was told they were waiting on something,(unintelligible) and cut off. Food came out cold.

Girl can't operate board to take order. Once I got mad because people arriving after me not only got to out their order in but was in the process of being prepared before I can put mine in. NEVER GO THERE

Every SINGLE time I come to one of these Sonic’s in lake Charles I sit for 25 minutes ridiculous waiting on concession stand food for 25 minutes

4 stars because the spaces seem smaller than usual. Other than that, fast service, good food and friendly staff

Fast n friendly , usually offering deals during the week. Have a extremely hard time with app.it doesn't accept my email, then ask for email password in not giving. But they usually honor whatever deal is sent through text for app purchases only without the app the sonics that won't honor them we don't use anymore. Like the one in lake charles

There is absolutely no reason to be waiting 15+ minutes to order when it’s not even that busy. Please do better. Awful.

Cheese corny dogs Corn dogs Burgers and fries ice cream etc Everything is good

Who doesn't love a drive-in with burgers? These hamburgers are large and delicious.

It took over 10 minutes for someone to take our order. After we ordered it took over 20 to get the three drinks. I've worked for sonic before it doesn't take that long to make drinks when the lot is empty.

I ordered SHAKES.
Carhop comes out with SUNDAES.
I said “ma’am that’s not shakes,that’s sundaes”.
She looked confused.
She left with the shakes.
Came back AGAIN with the sundaes.
I said “Ma’am no I want what I ordered”
Carhop said “WELL YOU GONNA HAVE TO TALK TO HER”
Well I mean nobody else was around so I’m not sure who “HER” was.
So I said “okay tell her to come out”
Waited. Waited. Waited. I was LEGIT THE ONLY CAR THERE.
So about 20 minutes later….she comes back with shakes.
The shakes were MESSY dripping on the side of the cups. I cherries. Melted whipped cream.
I’m SURELY waiting on someone from Corporate to reach out to me.

I asked her What is the managers name.
Car hop said “uhhh uhhh uhhh Courtney”
NOW I’m not sure if that it sure. Could be. But a lil suspicious being my name is Courtney.
Car hop names is Destonie.

Tots were hard as a rock, burger was practically just salt with little toppings, both cherry vanilla dr.peppers were pretty much just vanilla syru. No cherry, no dr.pepper.

Our waitress was not that friendly and had to go back several times my cherry lime made was missing cherries and the drink.My it did not have enough ice in it

Just a heads up it's been over 3 years and the garbage owner refuses to fix nearly half the screens that are pixilated or jacked up so you can't see what you're selecting in payment and as a result can't tip you carhop. He's known about this issue for years and bottom line is a terrible human who doesn't care about his car hops.

Ordered the chicken strips service was weirdly fast got my food in like 3 min after ordering come to find out my drink was wrong only got 3 of my 5 stips I ordered and my tots were so hard and cold
