I have been to multiple sonic in different states and I just wanna say I have yet to have a bad experience. The lady, I believe her name was Fayrhon, tonight was very sweet and had a great attitude even though we stopped closer to closing. I hope she has a beautiful and blessed night.

Pushed the red button received NO service. Was informed "We will be with you shortly." Waited 2 minutes still nothing. Downloaded the app, set up an account, placed our order and STILL no red button service. Sad, so very sad. Stall #6. That is why the 3 stars.

I come here once in a while because it's the closest place to me. I can usually get over the mediocre food, but the wait times are outrageous every single time. 30 plus minutes for a hotdog? There are only 2 other cars, how is this place still running?

My chicken tender dinner. As a nurse who works 12 hours I look forward to my 30 minute lunch break which I used to rush to sonic to get some tenders. This is what I got and it had old hard fries, hard old chicken tenders, no onion rings, and stale bread. Thanks sonic for my trashed food and wasted break.

We went to Sonic on Nelson on Christmas Eve but well before they closed. I had to call 3 times and never got my food. The girl said she would credit my card but I would have to wait more time before i could get a verification. I know that they were understaffed but they had time to take selfies where customers could see. I finally drove off....no food..2 corn dogs and 2 drinks.... after 45 min. It will be a very long time before I visit this Sonic again....never. Merry Christmas Eve for us.

Ordered food for my kids and I. My bottom burger bun was SOOOO stale that I tried to eat the sandwich without it. Ended up trashing it because it was too messy and not great. My sundae That I paid extra for Oreo and Reese’s literally had a tiny sprinkle of Oreo dust… not even crumbs… DUST. After two bites it just tasted like a plain caramelSundae, trashed it. My kids enjoyed their cheeseburgers and strawberry sundaes ??♀️ guess y’all earned the one star there.

Only giving one star because I can’t leave less… we watched someone bring out our food to someone else, the customers opened it up (burgers and drink) and they brought it back in and the workers walked it directly back out to me. I’m so disgusted and can’t believe that they thought that was okay.
