The Starbucks in the mall is my go-to spot when I need a break from shopping. The staff is really friendly and always makes me feel welcome. The drinks are made just right, and the seating area is comfortable enough to relax for a few minutes before heading back out.

So first off I'm going to give a bit of context: 1.) I'm have severe social anxiety 2.) I was trying something new 3.) I had no service so when I tried to pull out the app to order it wouldn't load.
I don't know who it was but the person who took my order was so sweet and helpful, when I couldn't get the words out to order my drink they started to ask questions to narrow it down and get what I wanted. To whoever took my drink order: Thank you...

Early morning and only one person was working. She was Great! She took care of us and had a pleasant attitude the whole time. She also warmed my cake without me even asking. Plus the service was pretty quick for one person working.
