This is hands down my favorite Starbucks in the Lake Charles area! Troy is the best!! He’s very welcoming, I feel like I’m home when I visit. I’m always met with a smile by all of the staff! I remember a time when they didn’t have oat milk one day and were very apologetic about it and gave me the option of using almond instead— as a consolation, I was given a cake pop, how thoughtful! They’ve fixed several coffees that were previously bought from the Prien Lake location...

Great service, even as they work through product & labor shortages. Typically a friendly greeting, by name, when I walk in. Yes, even before I place an order and give my name. Faster service - by virtue of being less crowded than the Prien Lake Road store.
