This is hands down my favorite Starbucks in the Lake Charles area! Troy is the best!! He’s very welcoming, I feel like I’m home when I visit. I’m always met with a smile by all of the staff! I remember a time when they didn’t have oat milk one day and were very apologetic about it and gave me the option of using almond instead— as a consolation, I was given a cake pop, how thoughtful! They’ve fixed several coffees that were previously bought from the Prien Lake location...
These people were prepared for me! Everyone had amazing energy as soon as I walked up. I had a wonderful discussion with a manager, even as she trained a new hire. The coffee was perfect and I plan on going back. I suggest choosing this Starbucks as your "go-to." It's inside Kroger on the corner of Nelson and Country Club; see ya there
Kind and generous- will help if I'm in a jam. Very friendly and makes a variety of secret menu drinks and eager to help and just wants to make the customer happy. They put customers first and are always very considerate of the children by doing small things to make them happy while the parents are trying to order. :)
