A nice change from the land animal meals to this point in the trip.\n\nI think everything was/is fried, but to a satisfactory quality. Fried perfectly.\n\nThis place was explained by the hotel staff as, “every customer seemed satisfied”.\n\nNeat décor and very friendly staff ensuring our time there was quality.\n\nI think I should’ve tried some other culinary adventures, but I think I would’ve been eating them entirely by myself.\n\nNo leftovers this evening.\n\nD_icks
Quick, delicious, great menu options. Cannot go wrong with the baked potato plates. Food prices were not bad, there is a large and regular size option, regular is plenty of food in my experience.
While passing through Lake Charles LA, i stopped for dinner at Steamboat Bill's on the Lake. I enjoyed grill chicken with cajun spices, a salad, a boudin ball, and fries, which also included a crispy on the outside Louisiana roll. All were delicious. But i started with the white chocolate blueberry cobbler cheesecake. Soooo good. Everything was delicious. Wait staff were on top of everything. I do have to say the meal comes with red beans and rice but i don't eat beans...
