Food was outstanding and the customer service was on point. Whoever is in management is really doing their job well!! Totally recommend and personally will be back!

Wouldn’t know how the food taste. Considering we sat at the table for 20 minutes and wasn’t greeted at all. They was not busy at all. The hostess was rude.

1st time visit. Tried the catfish. The flavor was good but the strips were thin so some pieces were hard. Overall the food was good. Will be back to try other dishes. So stop in and try it out.

they don't answer the phone. they all walk past the window, repeatedly, and no one comes to the window. this has happened to me 3x at this location. you're not even cooking the food, how could everyone be so busy?? poor, poor customer service.

They never have anyone working the window and the buzzer worker doesn't work, or is always ignored.

I absolutely love Tads, but I dont always want to dine in. The # listed always has a busy tone & I ordering online never works for me. I just want to order pick up. 😭

Walked over for lunch between soccer games at the field next door. Smash Burger and fries was delicious. Tea is strong and fresh. Service was great. Food came out in a timely manner. Definitely recommend!

Everything about this place was horrible and needs attention and better leadership. The food came out all at different times within a 30 minute span, when the food did come out it was wrong, and when we asked for the missing food items they brought them out rotten. our server was poorly trained as he did not check on us often and did not take our plates or clean anything off the table, they were having work done during business hours so there was loud drilling in the dining room, when we asked for the manager, it took awhile for her to come out and when she did she was not very helpful and did not give us a refund for our late and rotten food. After we paid and handled all of that and were getting up to leave, our server came back out and explained he forgot to charge us for one of our meals and asked that we paid again which we did but that was very unprofessional. We are NOT coming back again.

Alexia was an awesome server. She went above and beyond on everything we required . This was my first time eating in this restaurant. She needs a large pay raise. I will come again only if Alexia is our server.

In Lake Charles for a funeral. Our large party was seated without wait time. Everyone ordered something different. I ordered country fried steak with gravy on the side. When it arrived the coating was bubbled and none in spots all over. Clearly no fresh breaded. When I cut it did not slice well. Had to saw my way through it. Upon tasting it was really tough to chew. The gravy was in a bowl and had formed a skin on top that was tough. Large portions but bad food. There were numerous complaints around our table. The seafood pasta with added chicken had no flavor. This was said by both of those that ordered it. Gumbo was mostly liquid. Both the cup and bowl. Had a good flavor but no seafood. The fried fish with salad and fries got a good review. They just didn't know what kind of fish. Both orders had huge portions. Now that crawfish 2 ways was great. Especially the fried. Over all we were mostly disappointed with the food. Even the replacements stuffed bake potato with grilled chicken and the country fried chicken which had the same breading problem. Maybe it was just one of those days in the kitchen.

The food was okay, nothing I’d really go back for. There were 9 of us in our party but it was a Sunday afternoon and it was slow so I thought we would get better service. My brother and I each ordered a grilled fish and added crab meat on top of it. When our dishes came out she said “kitchen just told me that there’s no crab meat” and set our plates down without even offering a different topping or it would have been nice to know after she put the order in so we could pick a different topping. Even though the restaurant was slow, it took a while to get beers to our table too. Also all of our foods came out at different times like 5-15 minute differences.
