I had the most amazing experience at this Texas Roadhouse. I’m from out of state and at my local Texas Roadhouse I don’t even have this good of an experience. The waitress we had was very attentive, she had a positive attitude, she made sure we what what we needed very often. The food was fresh hot and everything was cooked well nothing was over seasoned or undercooked. I will definitely be making a visit again next time I come to town.

This is the first time in LA and we checked in online and told us it would take 20 minute wait. The hostess in the front, “Nancy” had a nasty attitude when we were checking in. When I gave my back towards us she was rolling her eyes and my daughter saw her. It’s been 30 minutes and we are still waiting to get seated.

This star is for corporate level it’s shame to have people wait over 2hrs to enjoy their favorite steak why not to build a location in Sulphur, La on other side of the bridge. It’s ridiculous, need to expand or open another location to accommodate your customers.

The online ordering system moved my pickup order to 3 hours later than expected. I called to cancel, but the manager moved my order back up, so I was able to pick it up only 20 minutes after the original order time. It was inconvenient to wait on hold to get to her, but she fixed it, and that's what's important.

Had dinner at Texas Roadhouse tonight. Layna was our server. First amazing job by her love her personality. Steaks were great in flavor not as tender as I like. Layna personality and service outshined everything. Definitely will return.

I am leaving this rating here due to the fact on the unprofessional attitude and service they provided to me and my family. They said that my table was ready, but would not allow me to sit until my family was fully accounted for. I had half my party there to show up so that we would not clutter more of the entrance that was already crowded as it is, and already pose as a fire hazard to more people just to be shown my table. When I had finally have my entire party show up, they told us we had to wait of to the said until we got seated. How do you go and tell me my table was ready and requested I had everyone present in order to be seated, but then not seat me after another 7 minutes only to clog up the entrance more with a total of nine people still waiting to be seated. The lack of management and communication is evident shown on this day. Well I do hope you find the appropriate people to manage and support customers to satisfaction, but you will not have my business today!

Hard to rate atmosphere above two when everything else was poor. This place used to be our go to restaurant. Not after tonight. Waited 10 minutes for a refill on tea. Wife's steak was raw on the outside and done in the center. My ribeye wasn't much better...ordered med well. Would share picture but no where to post. Talked to manager, she didn't seemed to bothered...brought the raw piece of the steak of my wife's back and the cut part was still raw. She just strugged her shoulders.
