The young girl with the glasses gave horrible service. It seemed like she got aggravated every time she came to the table the few times she did come.

Quality and service have gone down, bartenders are rude, they dont bring drinks even when they arent busy at all. I wont be back

We used to go there every weekend, but it’s been a really bad experience every time we go now. Service sucks, the drinks are not even as good as they used to be and the bartenders don’t make us feel welcome anymore

The bar and the attendant was ok, However we came to eat pizza and apparently The girl working The food side did not care for us. She never supplied the food to The bar side where we ordered. We got as far as the salad paid and left.
AVOID, just go to Waffel

Meh… an overall disappointment. My s/o and I were looking to eat dinner after a casino show, around 10 pm. We did a search for late night dining and chose Taproom based on their “late night dining” description, full menu posted online and reviews. We arrived and spent a few minutes perusing the menu until we were ready to order. We were sooooo disappointed to hear we could only order a personal pizza from the menu after 9:00 pm… no other food items. (Wish the would have been posted somewhere before we drove over.). Ok, we ordered a personal pizza and asked to put jalapeño on half… nope, they can’t do that either. Order 2 personal pizzas that were served in cardboard to-go boxes. The pizzas were just ok. I’m assuming the ones served during non-late night are better, since there’s more selection.

Reid, awesome dude, amazing service, we came to lake Charles cause I dog had to go to the emergency vet for my puppy, and he treated us well, made us feel welcomed, and my night much better, keep this man around, he listens.
