The first time we tried the Terrace, we were not impressed. The food, for the price, wasn’t incredible. In fact, we needed salt & pepper for the dishes, which is a first for us. The service was very slow - we had to get up and find the salt & pepper ourselves on one of their service shelves.

Have came twice. Horrible service twice but wanted to give a second chance because on the exterior it looks like a nice and fun place to go. They have a host stand but no one works it. After 15 minutes of standing without an employee acknowledging us but consistently passing us we had to stop a bartender just to try to get a seat. This happened BOTH times.
I visited The Terrace yesterday with high hopes for a fun evening, and while I did enjoy playing bingo with my friends, my experience with the service left a lot to be desired.
To start, when I ordered my drinks, I asked for margaritas on the rocks. I was not informed that they only come in a small size, and after waiting 20 minutes, the server returned to tell me that I could only have frozen margaritas instead.
