Unbelievable...this is the second time my 82 year old mom has gotten a biscuit with a bite taken out of it at the Popeyes® Louisiana Kitchen 901 Country Club Rd, Lake Charles, LA Popeyes SWLA RESTAURANT REVIEWS
Paying for food that doesn’t make it into the bag is unacceptable.
literally gave me 12 cold fries and threw them in the bottom of the bag. no dipping sauce what so ever. wrong drink. it cannot be that hard to work at a popeyes 🤯🤯🤯

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen on Country Club Rd is a place where kindness and good service can be seen. The drive-thru was busy when a customer arrived, and they waited patiently. The customer saw a woman come out and speak to the drive-thru staff, but couldn't hear what was said. Later, after returning home, the customer called to check if everything was okay. The staff member explained that it was her who came out to talk. Despite an unfortunate event, the staff took the time to communicate with customers and even thanked the customer for checking on her. They insisted on taking care of the customer and showed appreciation. Even with this event, everyone remained friendly, had smiles, and worked quickly to serve fresh, hot food. The reviews highlight that being kind costs nothing, and staff are human, and things can happen. Customers appreciate the staff and the effort they put into their work. Thanks go to Mrs. Terrell and the entire team. The restaurant continues to serve good food with a positive attitude.
